Things To Do Around Peak District Spa and Rivendale
An incredible variety of historic and cultural attractions, rugged outdoor scenery combined with the relatively compact size of the Peak District provide a fantastic choice of things to do and see within easy drive of Rivendale. Numerous local events and festivals are held throughout the year, from Ashbournes Royal Shrovetide Football, where the whole town takes to the streets for a ball game played in the streets and the traditional art of well dressing which can be seen from May to September at many of the surrounding villages.
