Tuesday 4th & Wednesday 5th - Ashborune Royal Shorivetide Football: Held annually, the town of Ashbourne takes to the streets to host the ancient game of Shrovetide football. Two teams consisting of members born North of the River Henmore "Up'ards" and those born South "Downards", play on a 3 mile long field across the town, with goal posts located at two old mill sites at Clifton and Sturston. Shops and cafes are boarded up as the ball is kicked.

Saturday 12th - Pre Christmas Party night, including karaoke.
Thurs 31st - New Year Fancy Dress and Buffet - Ticket only event.

Things To Do Around Peak District Spa and Rivendale
